At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be fluid even when your choice isn't perfect, offering a 30-day window to return or exchange your items. We accept all unworn and unwashed garments in their original packaging, ensuring your style journey remains seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a digital authorization code.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
